Don't bother me now it's snack time!

How much can I eat before they try to take it away.  Hey guys make sure you keep your eyes on those giants.  I think they want some of our snack, too.  I think they should go and find their own.  We had a heck of a time finding what we found.  I'm not giving up any of it.   Darn this is good.

I luv you mommy!

Now this is what I like to see

Why didn't mom stay to help?

I love this one. This really did happen to a group of ducklings. Mom wandered off thinking the little tikes could make it up the stairs. I love the way they wait in line. Guess none of them will give this little one a boost. He or she is on its own. Where's Mom when you need her the most.

Taking it easy

Today I feel just like this guy.  So maybe I will kick back and take a little snooze.  Retreat has been wonderful even with a minor inconvenience.  Our place is so peaceful.  So many critters to watch.  Especially the little ducklings.  The elegant deer parading around without being threatened.

Los Altos Hills

Now this is what I call peaceful.  I am here at Seton for my annual retreat.  A place were you definitely can relax.  Today I offer Prayers for Rob and Jenny.  Hope everything goes well. First things first, a nap.  Hope I'm able to see a few deer.

San Ramon

I will miss seeing this beautiful scenary as we drive to our Technology class in San Ramon.

It seems so peaceful.  I guess we will have to wait 'til August to see it again.  I will be going to retreat for 8 days of rest and relaxation.  Then I fly to visit my family, I hope it won't be too hot.

My New Pet

Hi everyone!! Just thought I'd let you know I own a brand new pet. It's name is Mr. Chompers. Guess what it eats??? I think his sleeping quarters is the bathtub with a splash of water. Then it has to walk in the dark, either early morning or late evening.

Night of relaxation

This could be a night to relax.  After a day of not being frustrated.  We learned a few new techniques today, I had fun doing them.  Hope I can remember them later. The real highlight of the day was uploading our metasite to the Lesley server.  This woll really be a challenge after Sunday's class because we will have to upload our final project.

My year of Vice Principal has been fantastic and very eventful.  I tried my best to give my support to the Principal in any way I was able to.   Whenever she was not available I took over the role, I was assigned.   I think I have done my best and assisted wherever or whenever I was needed.
I don't think I have ever acted like this grizzly, I think much more pleasant.   I always know I am there to support the teachers and most of all our students.   They are the best.  We have a lot of great and well educated students.   I have to say I am proud to be a Teacher and the Vice Principal of OLV.
We a blessed to have wonderful teachers, parents, and students.

What a wonderful group of students.  They have grown a great deal this year.  They have accomplished a lot during their time in fifth grade.  I say they will do well if they continue to stay focused and study well.
The students in my care this year were very helpful, and energetic.  They enjoyed our class pets and were always willing to take care of them. I will miss them but were invited to come back and visit.  2010

I have to say something about where I'm from. This is a shot of the airport in Ephrata. The airport is only used for private aircraft now. I have lived in this little town since 1959. I graduated some 41 years ago. That is a long time ago. Wow!!
The population is about 6,000. I guess I could be one of those 6,000. I will go on vacation pretty soon. It will be a little hot up there, a little bit hotter than here. I'll have a good time though, visiting with my family.

I've always liked bears.  I started collecting them when I was working in a hardware store in my home town.  I might have seen one Yosemite a long time ago with friends.   This picture of Momma and babies is precious.
Our Field Trip to "Six Flags"
What a wonderful day had by all.   The end of day was a little wet.  The trainer asked if we wanted to get wet.   We all thought it was going to be a little splash.   No way it was a down right flood.  All of us got soaking wet.
